Data Provision and Privacy
We do not use any data that you share with us for any other purpose than resolving the support case.
For larger projects, we recommend to use hale studio’s capability to upload projects to hale connect. If you provide data as a reproduction case (see above), we will keep it for internal automated testing.
Targeted Response Time
All support issues will receive a reply within one business day.
Issues are prioritized by severity - problems causing an outage or having significant immediate impact on your work will always take priority, and will receive our attention as quickly as possible.
Our team is available from 09:00 to 18:00 Central European (Summer) time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in Germany.
After-hours support is available and must be scheduled ahead of time. The rate for after-hours support is €200 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
